Chris Fackler
Chris Fackler is the founder and President of Ringside Talent, a leading staffing and recruiting firm that has received recognition as a top performer in their specialty areas. Ringside has been named a top employer in Ohio and has earned a reputation as a “Best Place to Work” in the Columbus region.
Chris’s passion lies in coaching, training, and developing the future leaders of Ringside Talent. He works closely with his team of Practice Leaders to support the growth initiatives of the company, centered around Ringside’s core purpose of “Impacting Careers and Building Businesses.”
In addition to his professional pursuits, Chris is also an active philanthropist and regularly volunteers his time to various organizations. He collaborates with local universities to establish internship programs that equip students with the necessary leadership and business skills for post-graduation success.
Chris received his bachelor of science degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton and was a proud member of the Flyer Football team while there. He was born in Newark, Ohio and now resides in German Village in Columbus.

Malorie Holbert
As Chief of Staff to Ringside’s President, Malorie also leads Ringside’s Technology Practice. In addition to her responsibilities as Chief of Staff and Leadership of Ringside’s Technology Practice, she is responsible for New Hire Training and Onboarding.
Malorie joined Ringside in 2014 and has held multiple leadership positions. She has taken a charismatic approach to recruiting, training, and sales. She puts an emphasis on building lasting relationships, to support Ringside’s Core Purpose of ‘Impacting Careers and Building Businesses’.
Malorie is a Columbus, Ohio native and earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. Malorie enjoys running, fine dining, spending time with her husband, Ryan, and precious Pomeranian, Cannoli.

As Recruiter, Managing Partner & Practice Champion, Joe leads our Accounting and Finance direct hire practice in Columbus, OH. Over the last 14 years, he has been recognized as a top producer at Ringside as well as ranked consistently in the top 25 within the SRA network.
Joe joined Ringside Talent in 2008, he has helped developed and maintained a consistent client base that spans across all industries in Central Ohio.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kent State University. Joe resides in Westerville, OH with his wife Colleen and two sons Whalen & Theodore.

As Recruiting Partner, Pat Gardner leads the Columbus Ohio Accounting and Finance direct hire and consulting practice. Pat joined Ringside Talent in 2014, focusing on Accounting and Finance recruitment for Central Ohio businesses and has established himself as one of Ohio’s top search consultants. He delivers top Accounting and Finance talent in all industries and provides executive leaders with time-sensitive market data, industry knowledge, and a no-nonsense direct approach that brings value to his clients and candidates.
Pat earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and spent time in Human Resources with J.P. Morgan Chase, Retail Ventures, Battelle Memorial Institute and Pacer Logistics. When he’s not pursuing top talent for his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, boating, traveling, camping, and supporting Ohio State athletics.

Shane joined Ringside Talent in 2010, focusing on Accounting and Finance recruitment for Central Ohio businesses and established himself as one of Ohio’s top search consultants in that space.
Shane earned his bachelor’s degree from what was once known as Urbana University while lettering in football for three years. When he’s not delivering for our clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two amazing children and hopelessly supporting the Cleveland Browns.

As a Partner and Team Leader within the Technology Recruiting Division at Ringside, Melvin has built a brand specializing in Staffing for positions within the Software Development Life Cycle. Melvin and his team have extensive experience partnering with project managers, agile coaches, scrum masters, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals. Melvin is also a leader of Ringside’s Diversity & Inclusion Division.
He has won awards for being one of the top producers in the office, and he credits his success to the leaders around him and the synergy of the IT team. He has also helped implement a program for Health and Wellness for all Ringside internal team members.
Melvin received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Marietta College. He was a 4-year varsity letter in basketball, 4-time OAC Champion, and made appearances to the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 in his college career. He resides in his hometown, Columbus Oh, with his family.

As Team Leader and Partner for Ringside’s Technology Division. Jimmy has specialized in recruiting the most difficult technical skillsets for his clients. He prides himself on building quality client relationships and finding “needle” candidates in the Central Ohio Technology “haystack.”
No matter the niche, coding language, or industry, he has been relied on to support our team in putting the right people in the right seats.
Jimmy is from Bexley, Ohio and graduated from St. Charles Preparatory. He received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University and was a member of Miami’s Rugby Team. He lives in Columbus and can be found in the gym, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, or in front of a plate of chicken wings when not calling Columbus’s best technical talent.

As Senior Recruiting Manager and Team Leader, Jess has spent time meticulously identifying and placing hundreds of talented professionals with mid-sized to Fortune 100 clients across the Midwest Region. She has won multiple Golden Gloves awards from Ringside leadership for being recognized as a Top Performer.
She has a passion for connecting companies to the right professional while analyzing how data, marketing, and communication can set Ringside apart from their competition.
Jess studied microbiology at The Ohio State University and she earned a degree in computer science from Columbus State. When she’s not working, Jess finds herself managing a mini-zoo of dogs, cats, three kids, and a husband at home, and she’s an active participant with her local community donating time and resources to schools, charities, and underserved families.
