Shane Paynter – Partner and Practice Leader

Shane Paynter has been recruiting in Central Ohio since 2010. He has established himself in several professional circles as a “can-do” partner that has proven his ability to exceed expectations while keeping the enjoyment element intact. Shane started our Technology Division and is the leader of the Direct-Hire practice area.
