What you love to do:

  • Be a crafty problem solver who can get to the root causes of incidents and provide answers
  • Develop, design, test and debug applications starting at their foundation up to their production environments
  • Define, document and evangelize industry best practices and patterns across teams
  • Partner closely with our Design and Product team to provide input into the architecture of the application workflows
  • Practice Test Driven Development techniques, implement unit test and work to increase test coverage across the application
  • Applies technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of business applications is required to facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements, as well as design, develop, and test application code to ensure that business requirements are met

Rock Start Candidates Possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications for Android and iOS leveraging cross platform application frameworks
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store and/or android market
  • 3+ years of experience with many of the following programming languages: Java, Swift, JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all divisions
