Ringside is seeking a Lead React Engineer for our startup client's rapidly growing team.

The ideal Lead React Engineer candidate will have extensive knowledge of the software development process as well as experience in testing and evaluating applications. They will be passionate about building beautiful and scalable applications that utilize meticulous code.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop new React apps, and maintain existing ones
• Build reusable components and code libraries
• Turn UI/UX designs into working, high-quality code
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Maintain code integrity and organization
• Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations within the front-end development ecosystem, and sharing that knowledge with the team
• Evaluate new tech, and determining whether it might benefit our end-user experiences and development efficiency

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of React application development
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Passion for writing elegant solutions, quality code, and delivering the best product possible
• A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
